I’m pretty sure I’ve read a handful of posts where records added to an Airtable table can take much longer to appear. I don’t know why and I don’t have any experience using Airtable, so I can’t provide much help there.

In order to combat missing user information to improve onboarding, I have made a user flow that hides all pages but one upon signup if the role for that user is blank.

@david For my use-case, creating new rows and having those rows be immediately editable is a huge issue when working with airtable. This is the case when a “linked” (airtable related) field is updated or created in another table. Here is an example of that flow:
New user is created
User edits their information immediately (Does not work sometimes due to sync time)
User creates a new related record (Record A) related to their user profile row
User creates related record to Record …
