Problem Description:
I’m unable to copy any templates from the Glide template store. When I click on “Get template for free” (or “Create this app”), a new page opens but nothing happens - the template doesn’t get copied to my account.
Steps I’ve tried:
Expected behavior: Template should be copied to my dashboard after clicking “Get template for free”
Actual behavior: Page opens but template never appears in my account
This issue persists across all templates I’ve tried to copy.
I am having the exact same issue! I thought it was just me…
It is completely blank when I open the page. I have refreshed it multiple times, to no avail.

Templates from the Glide store No-Code App Templates - Create Customizable Apps Without Coding | Glide are not loading for me when I click “buy template”. It’s just sending me to a black screen where the template never loads
I just reactivated my subscription after a couple of years without using Glide.
As I need to kick-start my development, I wanted to use a template.
Every time that I log in, I don’t see any option to use a template. Only my app’s dashboard appears. And the only template option that I see is for ME to create templates, not to utilize an existing one. Also, when I create a new app, no “use template” option appears.
If I go to the template store and I click “Use this template,” it brings me back to my dashboard, and no app or template appears in my dashboard. I only get a blank screen.
Who is the one that thought that logging in from the template store should take you right back to your dashboard? That’s not ok, it breaks all UX best practices.
This is very frustating, I see Glide is much more complex and expensive than I remembered.
I am even considering asking for my money back

@comm_support_agent I see some 403 in the console. Is that wanted?
