Unable to copy templates from the template store - Blank Page

It’s a known bug, and has been reported. Make sure you are signed into your Glide account before you try and copy the template. If you do that, (sometimes) it works.

I was signed in at the time of tryign to copy…

but i will keep trying in case it finally decides to work. Thanks for that Darren..

Yeah it’s a bit of a weird one. It seems to work okay for some folks, and not for others. Anyway, it’s been escalated so hopefully there will be a fix soon.

When trying to use the template for the Work Order Manager, I click “Get Template” and nothing happens except being redirected to a blank screen after the loading animation stops.

I’m having the same problem.

The support AI chat just keeps repeating things like, “You should be able to copy the template,” and “Please check your environment.”

Same issue here (Unable to copy templates from templates store) for more than 2 weeks. they always say they are working to resolve the problem but nothing.

A fix for this was implemented today. If you continue to have issues, please let us know!

I was able to purchase the two templates that I wanted and they copied to my dashboard with no issue. Thank you for taking care of this issue
