Hello dear Glide Friends.
I hope that you have an excellent friday.
I have an experience with the Glide Templates but I got this result:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Do you know what is happening with the templates?
Thanks a lot for your comments.
Blessings.
@SantiagoPerez I have seen 2 reports regarding this. Can you escalate this to the team? Thanks a lot.
Whenever I try to click on a template I get this error (see picture attached)
Expected Behaviour:
I should be able to view the template, and copy if free.
How to replicate:
Whenever I try to view a template from the template tab, it gives me an error that doesn’t seem fixable on my side.

Have you tried seeing the templates in an incognito browser? Or even a different computer altogether?

I found a temporary solution. Open a NEW incognito window, and head on to the website and click on the templates tab WITHOUT signing. Open any template and everything works like normal. If you’d like to copy a template just sign in after clicking on the copy button, don’t sign in from the login button or anywhere else especially initially.

This means you need to clear the cache. This error usually means there’s something going on on the user’s part.

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache, there’s a chance you don’t need to use incognito.
