I was charged $2,388 on a Free plan — refund request and no active subscription

I was charged $2,388 by Glide, but my account is on a Free plan, and I have no active apps or subscriptions.

Here are the facts:

  • I created a single team: Arwa Alsharif
  • Team ID: Lnyn8LUy31fTiop9Nbih
  • I tried the platform, then deleted the only app I created
  • I never intentionally upgraded or confirmed a paid plan
  • My dashboard still shows I’m on the Free plan
  • Yet I was charged $2,388, which I did not authorize

I also noticed I have being charged without anything showing in my payment history. This makes me believe it may be a system issue.

Now I can’t request a refund because the refund app says:

“Team ‘Arwa Alsharif’ does not have a paid subscription. It is on a Free plan.”

My Team ID is: Lnyn8LUy31fTiop9Nbih

I also reached out to support, but they say it may be an auto-renewal after a trial — however, I never completed a purchase or got any warning.

This has caused me a lot of stress, and I hope it can be resolved quickly.
