I was charged $2,388 by Glide, but my account is on a Free plan, and I have no active apps or subscriptions.
Here are the facts:

- I tried the platform, then deleted the only app I created
- I never intentionally upgraded or confirmed a paid plan
- My dashboard still shows I’m on the Free plan
- Yet I was charged $2,388, which I did not authorize
I also noticed I have being charged without anything showing in my payment history. This makes me believe it may be a system issue.
Now I can’t request a refund because the refund app says:
“Team ‘Arwa Alsharif’ does not have a paid subscription. It is on a Free plan.”

I also reached out to support, but they say it may be an auto-renewal after a trial — however, I never completed a purchase or got any warning.
I am still within the 14-day refund period and respectfully ask for a full refund.
This has caused me a lot of stress, and I hope it can be resolved quickly.
