Inability to cancel the free trial

Dear Glide Team,

I was using the free trial of Business Plan for the Glide Apps. However, I forgot to unsubscribe/cancel the plan during the free trial period. Since there are insufficient funds in the linked account/card, I was unable to pay for the original price of the Business Plan to continue the subscription. However, since I used the free trial for a temporary/pilot project, I am planning to not use it anymore.

Since I’ve cancelled the subscription outside the free trial period, do I have to pay the outstanding payment to successfully cancel the subscription? If so, is it possible to get a full refund after paying the full subscription if I submit the form within 14 days?
