Attempt to charge my account after I cancelled and before expiration date

My bank notified me that Glide is trying to charge my account even after I cancelled in December and even before the expiration date, which is January 19, 2024.

I subscribed to the free trial of Business Plan to try out some features, and I cancelled a few days after the free period expired (I think 3-5 days after). I downgraded back to Starter and upon checking my account now, I noticed Glide is trying to charge me $197 dollars despite the fact that I have not even used half of the month.

I am confused. Please help.
