Description

  • I have been on the business legacy plan for about 1 year now. I have made no changes or attempts to change my plan. Now all of a sudden, it keeps showing I am on the free plan and all my features have been block. You may check my stripe billing customer portal, all my invoices are paid… Please help. All my features have been revoked.

How to replicate

We apologize for the inconvenience. I just reactivated your subscription.

Our system canceled your subscription because your payment method was not processing. However, after your subscription was canceled, we were able to collect payment, but our system did not automatically reactivate your subscription. This is a known bug we are looking into.

How do I make sure this does not happen again?

I have put in my newest visa card info and enabled international payments… It still requires manual confirmations with OTPs.

Please advice on what to do in order to avoid this catastrophe next time.
