Glide did not upgrade my plan on successful payment

Glide prompted by card 2 times and it failed the payment due to amount, I changed the payment method and made the payment. Still it shows free plan


@Brett is there a way to help with this? I think since the user is on a Free plan, there’s no way to create a support ticket?
