Hello There, I have been facing this error since 3 days ago. I set my A and TXT records on my hosting provider (Namecheap) however, is not pointing my apps. Any ideas how to fix this?

The error is indicating that you have an A record that is incorrectly pointing at 162.255.119.86. Have you checked carefully on Namecheap to ensure that isn’t the case?
Hello Darren. I don’t think so. I checked if any A record are pointing at 162.255.119.86, but doesn’t even appear. I don’t know what else to do
I use Namecheap all the time and don’t have issues with custom domains. I delete any and all A records, no matter where they are pointing.
I’m having an issue with the custom domain as well. The FAQs on it don’t help. My bug specifically occurs when trying to add a custom domain with the same name as a previous app (I opened another topic on this). Only difference is that mine doesn’t show any host/type/data its all blank

Hello There! I found the error, just change inside Namecheap > from namecheapDNS to WebDNS. Hope this help!
