Customized domains not working

When trying to add a custom domain (i.e. app.mywebsite.com) to an app which used to exist in a previous app, I am getting a blank screen when trying to add the domain to the new app (see photo attached).

How to replicate

This should work, and has always worked for me in the past.

If you have a paid plan, can you please reach out to Glide Support via the chat in the builder, so it can be investigated.

I know it’s worked in the past because I do this frequently. I did use the live support, and they have so far been unable to help. I see others reporting bugs with the custom domain - isn’t it possible it broke with a recent update? I can’t think of any other reason why a function thats always worked has stopped working

You say they have been unable to help - did you actually speak with a real support person, or is that just based on the AI responses?

This thread has been escalated. Support will follow up via the Messenger in the Builder or through email.

My understanding is that @Mike_Hall1 escalated his issue to support, and we addressed it. The custom domain process is working.

If @vras_dinand is having an issue, please navigate to your app in the builder, open the messenger in the bottom right corner, and reach out to support. Make sure to let us know what the custom domain is supposed to be.
