Customized domains not working

When trying to add a custom domain (i.e. to an app which used to exist in a previous app, I am getting a blank screen when trying to add the domain to the new app (see photo attached).

How to replicate

This should work, and has always worked for me in the past.

If you have a paid plan, can you please reach out to Glide Support via the chat in the builder, so it can be investigated.

I know it’s worked in the past because I do this frequently. I did use the live support, and they have so far been unable to help. I see others reporting bugs with the custom domain - isn’t it possible it broke with a recent update? I can’t think of any other reason why a function thats always worked has stopped working

Yes, it’s possible.
That’s why I asked you to reach out to support.
You say they have been unable to help - did you actually speak with a real support person, or is that just based on the AI responses?
