Assuming that you have a paid plan, I would suggest reaching out directly to Glide Support via the chat bubble in the Glide Builder (bottom right corner). This will get you the fastest response.
We’re also seeing a problem with sign in, it creates a new app if we use the log in link on the website.
We’ve bookmarked the URL for our workspace as a fix.
@ludovic_LISON how are you “reconnecting to Glide” when it creates a new empty app for you? Are you clicking “Sign Up” on the main website? Or some other specific button?
@davidI go to https://www.glideapps.com/, then click “Log in” → “Sign in with Google”. But when I arrive in the editor, Glide creates a new empty app every time I log in.

My main priority right now is the publication issue. My app doesn’t work on the custom domain, and now even the copy on the standard Glide domain isn’t working anymore. I really hope this can be resolved by tomorrow at the latest…
Can you confirm that you have a solution now? Support suggests that your problem might be related to visibility conditions, and not with the custom domain itself.
