Isn’t the PWA push notifcation blocker on IOS gone since wwdc 2025?

It seems like apple improved the reliability & eou of the push notifications for PWA’s (Such as glide) that have been added to the Home Screen. Can we please have the push notification feature back now? It would be awesome!!!
