Users cannot log in with own domain name

Hello!
My users cannot log in with any other domain then gmail.com or like that. They mostly have all their own domain name and their own E-Mail Adress. Can someone help me?
I also added a few pictures.

As you can see the first two email addresses are ending with the google ones. But the last one is ending with an own domain. The first two are working perfectly fine. The last won’t work. There appears the message, that the email address doesnt have the needed rights to access the app.

I also tested all other features like “Allowed email domains” but there was the same issue.

I am not able to pay 60$ per month now that’s why I cannot send a ticket.

I hope someone can help me! Thanks!

Philipp

Hi Phillip,

You are on a Free Plan of Glide. It only allows users with Personal Emails to login like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc.

Users with business emails cannot sign in.

Ah, thanks! Does it work with the “Makers”-plan?

Maker plan also allows only Personal Users.

That means? The Maker-plan doesn’t support either?

No. If you look at the link to the document that was shared above, it states that both Free and Maker plans only allow Personal users. The pricing page also states the same.

However, Maker Plan allows for unlimited users which is a great deal.

Okay thanks!
Is there a way the people can sign in without email address to pass this?

And is there a way to delete users to stay under the 10 as long as I am not subscribing?
When I have the subscription it’s not a question, I know. But now as long as I am developing it’s really helpful if there would be a way! Thanks a lot

If there was a way around it, then that wouldn’t make for a very good plan restriction and incentive to upgrade. To maintain connection to a specific user, they have to sign in with an email.

User limits will reset at the end of the month or the end of a billing cycle. The user count is the number of unique users within a month.

Ah, I understand, so I can get 10 users each month? Like 120 in a year?

No, it doesn’t stack up. You only ever get 10 unique users within a month.

Okay, and all my users disappear after a month?

They don’t disappear. What we mean is the count resets at the start of the month.

Say a@example.com and b@example.com log in for July, your count is 2, but then on August 1 that count resets to 0. In August, only a@example.com logs in, then your count is 1.

Your count can never exceed 10 within a month.

And can I delete users if I need place for a new user within a month?

No, you can’t.
