Why my users can’t sign inusing their org email. But can access using personal email.
According to previous posts, you are on a Maker plan. The Maker plan only allows personal emails.
What is the solution then?
Depends what you want.
If you want users to be able to sign in with business emails, then you need a plan that allows that - either Team, Business or Enterprise.
Otherwise, instruct your users to sign in with personal emails only.
Before making any decision to switch plans, you should make sure you understand the limitations and restrictions that come with each plan.
