User are not able to login even they present in the user table

Hello All,
I have created an app on the maker plan where I have unlimited personal users. I have added the users in the users table as well.

But, when they login using the link, they are unable to access the link. The error shown is - “Please login using your personal email ids.” If I send them an invite, then they are able to use the app. But the invites get lost and want my users to login using the link. Any solution here?

Are these personal email addresses? What’s an example domain of an email that did not work?

Example - xyz@flexiple.com

All the users are part of the user table as well, but still unable to access the same.

Thanks Darren and Jeff
How should I work around this in makers plan? As my use case doesn’t need users to signup. I want it to limited users in the users table but the email address would be similar to these.
Business Plan would be too out of budget just for this solution as I am using this just to replace sheets. Rest all is working fine as per the maker plan.

That would require users to sign in. The Maker plan only allows users to sign in using personal email domains.

A private app relies on a preset list of allowed users, but the Maker plan still only allows personal email domains.

Upgrade to a different plan or require users to use personal email domains.

Thanks Jeff for the help.

The only plan I can upgrade to is a business plan which is more than 3x the cost. The app was to help me more in operational efficiency than revenue generation. Maybe I need to close the app in such cases as my clients won’t login from personal emails.
