I have a new User created who isn’t able to login. We’ve triple checked the info but they keep getting the “please use your personal email address to access the app” error when trying to request a PIN.
For some reason, the email she gave us is a .org email. Is that the problem?
Are you on a Free or Maker plan?
Only personal users are permitted on those plans.

Free Plan. Thank you, I had the user login with a gmail.
