Hello, since I upgraded to Maker subscription from a Legacy Started my users cannot access the app anymore, they get a message: “please use personal email to access this app”. No clue of what is happening, it always worked before. Thank you.

The Maker plan (and the Free plan) only allow personal users.

You can use the https://personal-user-validator.glide.page/ app to know if your domain is considered free.
