Unlimited updates in FREE plan? Reopened

Greetings,
I am making an MVP and I created a new account to get the new FREE plan for unlimited updates to test the builder and see the limits of what I can do on it for free. However, now there is an Update limit of 1000 updates showing up in Usage pane. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something? I believed there are no actual Updates in the new FREE plan.

Is Update row and Add row counting towards some limit in Paid plan? If yes, how many can I have? I’m asking because I’m now seeing that I have:

In the Glide dashboard, just below the name of your team, does it say “Legacy Free”? If so, this could be a bug.

Could you create a new team which should automatically be set to the Free plan? If you are successful creating a new team on the Free plan, you should be building your projects in there, not from inside a team on the Legacy Free plan.

Yes, it does say Legacy Free under my name.
Yes, I opened a new team and I can do new app there.

But does this mean now I have to be starting everything from zero? Can I ask someone to move my apps to this team?

You would have to rebuild.

Or if you are willing to pay $20 to safe yourself the hassle, upgrade the Legacy Free to Explorer, move the app from the Legacy Free team to the Free team, and cancel the Explorer subscription. You would then get almost $20 Glide credit, though I’m not sure if the credit applies at the account level or team level.

I paid, but my plan hasn’t been updated yet? Clicking on three dots doesn’t give me option to transfer…

Also: when I will move to actually using of the tablet, will every edit and every new row count towards “updates”?

Oh common… I paid now 25$, finally moved the app to the other team, cancelled the subsription and now I see that I don’t get Glide credits.. until 9.2.2026 I will be having a subscription I don’t need.

Can someone at glide turn this into a credit? I usually need this subscription only in the summer months, probably also this summer so I thought I would use it then
