Unable to login to the app

I am trying to login using email and google both but I can’t log in. Tried on phone and desktop both.

@Manan_Mehta I had this happen to me on Sunday (same message) and I sent an urgent email to support - turns out my email address in the sheet had one letter missing. Did you already check that in the sheet?

NOW, that being said, I didn’t change the email address in the sheet or touch the field AT ALL so it remains a mystery as to how it happened. So if it happened to you as well, maybe there is a problem.

@Paris_Smith I learned that we send this message in a few cases, notably, when there is an internet connection issue that prevents the user from logging in. Glide engineers tell me this is likely a connection issue, and that we need to improve our error messages!
