Hey, everyone!
So, I recently created a digital menu app. I turned my app into a template so I could share it with a client.
However, my client is unable to access the template. He already has a Glide account and I’ve shared the link with them. It opens for them, but when they try to copy the template to their workspace it keeps loading and in the end nothing happens.
I’ve tried it myself with a different Glide account and the same thing happens: unable to use it.

Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? Any ideas as to how to solve this?
