Hey this happens to me from time to time. I trying to make a relation but glide is not recognizing the email as an email, but only as text so I cannot make a relation. Any idea why this happens?
Im not even sure thats the issue but one side shows as email and the other as text.
Do you any screenshots showing how the relation is set up? I would think that it’s a text to text compare, so the the type of column wouldn’t matter, but I don’t know. I’ve never seen any issues with creating a relation column before.
i just repasted the email and it changed to email
Sometimes when I copy and paste emails it adds a space at the end of the email, which can cause issues. I don’t know if this could be what is happening, but double check next time to see if there’s a phantom space at the end of the email address.
