This system is getting me crazy

I’m in free plan and it suppose to have 25.000 rows and only I have used 3500. The rows disappear suddenly, stupid app, fuckin app, make me loose lot of time trying to refill again the rows, and suddenly disappear again. I’m tired. Good bye.

That is not supposed to happen. Do you have a delete row action somewhere?

Are you on the New Free Plan or Legacy Free Plan? what do you see on your dashboard?

If you are on Legacy Free Plan, then you will have to create a new team, and move your app there. Make sure you are not using Google Sheets.

It sounds alarming to lose data, and I understand how frustrating this must be. However, it’s important to analyze the situation. Can you provide more information about what happened? What were you doing at the time, and what actions did you take? How often does this occur? What workflows are you using? How many users do you have, and do they have access to delete data? It’s possible that someone could be misusing their access and deleting your data.

I highly suggest you to read this post about security tips I made:

I empathize with your situation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and try to give ideas to review within the app. Apparently the teams have queue limits and that was the error. In fact, every time I opened the app, I would get a message saying that this team has reached its queue limit, which I never understood. The previous collaborator told me that creating a new team and moving the app might work and so far it has. I’m still checking, but at least the message is no longer displayed and everything is fine. Thank you very much.

Hassan, thank you so much for your advice. My dashboard says Legacy Free. I did what you recommended, created a new team and it seems to be working now. As I explained to the other user, Maxime, every time I would open the app, it would show me a message saying that this team has reached the row limit, but now nothing appears. Thank you very much and I apologize for the first message, but the frustration was high.
