Misbehaving Glide Table

I noticed a glitch in Glide tables. It deletes data, arrange rows on its own and I lost data in the process. I’m still on the free plan and has 5 drafts so far and 1 app has a table that has 300 rows.

In the attached screenshot, the combinations column supposedly has complete and sequenced values. but when I opened the app again and went to my data tab this is what it gave me. We can’t work with this.

Legacy Free app or New Free app? How many total rows in all tables combined for the app above?

Ithink I’m on the free plan. I attached a screenshot, kindly check. Thank you.

That shows that it’s a Legacy Free app. The Legacy Free plan only allows 500 rows per app.

Have you ever exceeded 500 rows at any time?

Order if the data in the table really shouldn’t matter, but you mentioned data being deleted can you explain more about what’s been deleted?

Also, have you considered migrating to a different team folder with the new free plan?

Thank you, Jeff, for your guidance. There was a time that I did exceed 500 rows and now I adjusted them and the tables are behaving so well.

Which is better for me? The legacy free plan or the new free plan?

Thank you.

The new free plan gives you 25k rows and no updates counted against any updates to the data. You can only use Glide Tables for your data source. You still have only 10 users, but they must be users with personal email addresses. Business emails will not be allowed to sign in.

I recommend creating a new free team, duplicating your app, and transfer the duplicate to the new team so you can compare both teams and can always fall back to the old one if you choose.

I did as you told me. How much is my limit to this new free plan?

Thank you Jeff.

Those are the big take-aways that I already mentioned above.

Additional details are outlined on the pricing page.
