For past 2 days we are experiencing real lag in the builder, at the same time, our users complain about the lag as well
We don’t have this issue before yesterday. While working on google sheet (as the DB) and builder, our user say the system is lagging when the login via the apps.
Since 2 hours ago, we are not able to use the search box in the Inline list. The page just stall and couldn’t function.
Just get the support link for your app using the instructions that @Darren_Murphy provided and either share that link here or directly bwith @SantiagoPerez. You could also submit a support form, but since he’s asking for just the link, then start there.
When I am working on the Editor, the feedback from colleagues are frequent.
More so when I do testing on webhooks during office hour.
As such we are asking some of the certified experts if their clients ever have such complaints. This is a concern as we are planning to roll out to our clients from next year.
We need the support team on this, as right now, whenever we key in any values into the Search box in the Tabs, the whole app just stalled. @SantiagoPerez
Yes, there’s definitely something wrong there.
Just opening your App in the builder caused my browser to have a meltdown.
I’m wondering if you may have inadvertently created a circular reference in the Data Editor.
My advice is to log a Support Ticket with Glide, if you haven’t already.
They will know better than me how to diagnose this.
