I would suggest submitting a ticket. From within the builder, while the app is open by selecting the “?” button at the bottom right. That will bring you to a support page, which currently has an “Open Support Ticket” link.
I opened a ticket but there is no response from anyone.

it is also not working with Excel sheets.
Anyone’s google sheets and excel sheets are still working?
