"Show detail" screen not saving data?

Logged a ticket 6 days ago and still no reply after following up twice?

As fellow users I think that’s the best we can advise. I don’t know if they have to deal with more tickets in the past few days and how many are left to be dealt with.

Nope, I understand your frustration but at this point only their support team knows where your ticket is in the waiting line.
