As fellow users I think that’s the best we can advise. I don’t know if they have to deal with more tickets in the past few days and how many are left to be dealt with.

Nope, I understand your frustration but at this point only their support team knows where your ticket is in the waiting line.
Just wanted to loop back here. It turns out that I was using Query columns which was causing crazy delays. I’ve converted a bunch of the structure to Relation and it’s a lot better
