Security & Management Issues Caused by Team Member

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a serious problem in my project due to a team member’s actions.
A member of my team, Firoz, has carried out all of the incidents shown in this Instagram post (except for the last incident about sending an email without BCC — that was not him).

These actions were done by him entirely on his own, without the team’s approval. This has affected the project’s security and operations. I’m posting this here to document the situation and get advice from the community on:

  1. How to prevent similar actions in a Glide project.

  2. What access controls and permissions I should set up for team members.

  3. How to recover from damage caused by such incidents.

Any guidance on securing the app and handling team permissions effectively would be greatly appreciated.
