Safari Issue

I am unable to load the builder or any apps on Safari on my Macbook. I’m thinking this is on my side and not sure what the issue is or if anyone has faced anything similar? I’m using Safari 13.1.3 and a MacBook Pro 2017 13 in with macOS Catalina. My operating system is a bit out of date, so I’m curious if that’s related, but Safari version is in line with system requirements. Thank you very much for your help and Happy New Year!

Things to try:

  • Clear browser cache
  • Delete all Glide related cookies
  • Disable extensions

Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately that doesn’t resolve, still receive the “Could not load network resources” error. One additional note is that when visiting the community via Safari, I have a “Unfortunately, your browser is unsupported. Please switch to a supported browser to view rich content, log in and reply.” Thanks again for your help!

What about bumping Safari to the latest supported version?
Looks like Catalina supports up to 15.6.1

Maybe the same issue was posted here. Is it still a problem on your end?

I updated macOS and Safari and that resolved the problem (Safari 14.1.3 works whereas 13.1.3 did not). Thanks again for the help and Happy New Year!
