Hello everybody.
I am creating an app with sheets with database, and something happens to me that so far had not happened to me. Through an automation of make, I create some records in the table of sheets, and these are not shown in the app. If I create them from Glide, they are shown in sheets, but if I create them directly in sheets, they do not appear in Glide. Is this normal? What I observe is that after some time since I create them in shhets, the field where the glide row id is written, which at first appears empty, is autocompleted, so that if “they are for glide”, in addition in sheets, I observe how the RowId field of the latter, is in a dull gray tone, not in the normal one of the text. Is there a solution to this?
If you manually re-sync the Sheet from the data view in Glide, does it show any message to you? It looks to me like a 1035 syncing error.
Hi. No, I tried it in case it was some kind of delay, but it doesn’t sync.
Are you on legacy free plan just by chance?
If so, Glide stopped syncing Sheets and Glide on legacy free plan.
Hi Maxime.
Not, It´s a Legacy Team .
It must have been a punctual problem, because now, if I synchronize manually, if the new records created appear. What I have not checked, is how long it takes to appear if I do not do the manual synchronization. I have the feeling that it is less fast than usual, but at least I know that it is not a limitation that forces me to change the way I was planning it.
Glad it worked!
