Using a Gmail account, I requested a pin as a new user. It went to the primary folder when I requested it a while back using the same Gmail account. This time, it went to spam.
As a preventative measure… when a user clicks “I need another pin” more than once, can we add a recommendation to check the spam folder?
Some people will just stop signing up if it doesn’t work. One user said they would have given up if they didn’t know me.
