I have a project that is about to go live very soon. However, I’m concerned about the pin code that users receive. Most of the times, and based on multiple email providers the email arrives in the spam folder which is not convenient (especially for people of a certain age or people who aren’t familiar with the use of electronic devices…)
The main issue is that when a user complains about the fact that they didn’t receive the pin code, my unique option is to ask them to check their spam folder. There’s literally no way to unlock the situation which is really a pity
I’d love the ability to have access all the pins code in an admin dashboard or whatever so that I can « bypass » the process of verifying the email address.
Beyond any reasonable doubt I can’t see any security breach here.
