Hello,
I have a couple of users that are requesting pins, but by the time they get them, the app login has timed out. Could this be a security issue on their end? I believe they are using gmail.
Is it a personal email or a business email? Does it appear eventually on their main inbox and just take a long time to do so?

It was a personal email (gmail) and yes, it eventually arrived, but by then the app timed out. They tried their AOL account and it showed up quickly.
If this keeps happening, I would suggest reaching out to the support team.
