Hello, I am having a issue with the Pin-Code to access the app is not showing up in the email or inside the spam folder. Also, at other times the code shows up 20-45 minutes later.
My users experience this as well

If this happens resend 2 more consecutive times. It will give you 2 and of which you just use the last.

I have used the system for 5 months now, really like it but the pin is very unstable have had many users report not getting a pin, often have the issue myself, have checked our mail gateway and they seem to not be getting generated, fixing this would make a big difference to the apps reliability…
