I don’t get any codes to login in the mail. I did try different app’s and accounts. Is there a bug? I still have people how can join 12 to be exact. Payed my bill…
When PIN emails are not received, the cause is almost always that they are being filtered or blocked somewhere in the delivery path.
Initial troubleshooting steps:
- check your spam folder
- contact your email administrator and ask if there are any policies that might be blocking emails from
no-reply@auth.appnotify.io
Already checked my spam and with two different e-mail adreses. Gmail one and a outlook one. Nothing happens.
They came in after 30 minutes. Hick up. Fixed. Thanks!
