I have not been receiving pin numbers when requested (checked spam as well). Was receiving them to my gmail.com and sasktel.net accounts immediately a few hours ago and now receive no codes when requested. I have checked the user logs to see if the emails have been timestamped and nothing appears.
I’ve been notified of the same issue from a user with @me.com email account (when using glide pages).
hotmail.com is also an issue.

They couldn’t get their pin number. They all already checked spam.
How can I solve this problem?
If you have a gmail address, you can test yourself by adding +1, +2, etc. before the @ sign.
Isn’t there any choice except by using gmail address?
Do those users share the same email domain? (say @example.com)
