System isn't emailing PIN codes

Windows 10 & Chrome (latest)

Describe the bug:
Several users are trying to log in and Glide is getting to the screen to send a PIN but no email with the PIN is being generated. I’ve tired for several users now.

Expected behavior:
The user should receive a PIN that allows them to log in

How to replicate:
Add a user, go to, enter the email and click to login, no email with PIN is received

Have you checked the Spam folder? Does it eventually arrive after 10-15 minutes or not at all?

Usually when these things come up, there might be something connected to the email domain admin blocking/filtering Glide’s PIN emails. You might want to check that as well.
