Pulling New Table into a Custom Collection Breaks App?

I created a custom collection and then dragged a new table into that collection.

As soon as I did that the app became unresponsive. I can launch the app, but once open it does not respond to any clicks. It’s just frozen.

Not sure if this is a bug or just a quirk in my app. Since I can’t access the app I can’t try to replicated it again. In addition to reporting this as a potential bug, I also wanted to ask if the Glide team can fix the app and restore access, but I can’t seem to figure out how to submit a support ticket anymore.
