Problem with authentication (pin code AND magic link)

Hi there!

One of my clients for whom I made a password-protected Glide page application sometimes receives their e-mails 30 minutes (or more) late.

That client is a big university and they have an internal email server upon which we have no access and control.

After 30 min both the pin code and the magic link have expired and my customer cannot log in to their app.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
