Possible bug in Login/User profile

I would submit your issue to support. I don’t have anything to suggest. Seems like a bug.

For what it’s worth, I raised a support ticket for a related issue 9 days ago. (the one I described earlier on in this thread). I received advice overnight that a potential fix was shipped yesterday. I’ll need a couple of days to confirm if the issue is resolved or not.

@Ralf - possible that this fix might also resolve your issue. I’d suggest keep an eye on it over the next few days. If it’s still happening, then go ahead and raise a support ticket.

I have a couple of Apps (including SWOTIFY) where this happens a lot. I believe it’s when there is some sort of slow connection and especially when there are visibility features to serve up the welcome screen based on whether or not a timestamp cell is empty (the final step in the registration sets the current time into the timestamp cell).

Glide thinks it’s a new user and the user sees the welcome screen and just presses the ‘register button’, which in my case adds a new row to a log screen and of course sets again the timestamp.

It’s annoying but not critical depending upon what your register button does.
