I have a pro app that the client wants to pause for a while. How is the procedure done?
Has anyone done it?
In the detail of the app it appears to cancel subscription, but I do not know if it is the right way.

You should be able to downgrade an app to the free version and the account should receive a pro-rated credit for use in other glide apps.
Thanks, but would it be unsubscribing? or in some other way. The idea is to put the plan on pause since we won’t be using it for a couple of months.

It would become a free app, so you wouldn’t be paying for it. Any unused plan payments would sit in the glide account until used again to upgrade the same app back to pro, or upgrade any other app.
