I am unable to downgrade from a Private Pro App Plan to a Free Plan for an app that I have been using with annual payments.
The next annual payment will take place the day after tomorrow.
So I would like to implement the downgrade before that.
What I have tried.
Settings → Billing → [ Cancel Plan ].
It asked me why I wanted to downgrade, so I chose from the pull down menu and clicked [ Cancel Plan ].
However, the plan description was not changed. The Private Pro App Plan remained selected on the screen.
