Cannot downgrade from Private Pro App Plan to Free Plan

Hello, Gliders :grinning:
I am unable to downgrade from a Private Pro App Plan to a Free Plan for an app that I have been using with annual payments.

The next annual payment will take place the day after tomorrow.
So I would like to implement the downgrade before that.

What I have tried.

  1. Settings β†’ Billing β†’ [ Cancel Plan ].

  2. It asked me why I wanted to downgrade, so I chose from the pull down menu and clicked [ Cancel Plan ].

However, the plan description was not changed. The Private Pro App Plan remained selected on the screen.

What should I do after this? If anyone knows, please let me know.

If you have already contacted the email then I would advise waiting for at least 24 hours to see if they respond.

Glide Support responded to my email and addressed this matter.
I was able to downgrade successfully.
