I can log in to the app just fine with a pin, but any other user cannot, even after they have requested access and I have accepted. When they try to login, they are repeatedly prompted to request access once again even though they are in my user table.
I initially made the app in a legacy free team a few weeks ago. I then duplicated it and put it in a new free team (non legacy). All users are private. The emails are inputted in the user sheet
So that leaves the type of email addresses. Are they emails with personal domains or business domains? Also, the free plan is limited to 10 personal users. Are you still below that 10 user limit?
