The email address doesn’t have acces to this app- personal domain

i’ve created an app prototype yet i’m not able to login with any accounts, even though they use personal domains such as g-mail and are present in the e-mail table, i just keep receiving the message ‘’ The email address doesn’t have access to this app’’

Did you map the email column in the user authentication configuration ?

Yes! i did there is only one users table and it is linked

I know it will sound stupid, but is there any typo ? Who knows :joy:

i wish there was,but i’ve been doing a lot of ctrl+c and ctrl+v to avoid that

What option did you select here :

Is this happening with another email address ?

Yeah,i’ve tried It with both my emails and both were in the user table,under the email column

Can you try to switch to another option, then select back the one you want ? Maybe there is a glitch…

What plan are you on and what do your thresholds look like?

Tried It,nothing changes,even tried using the request access thing as someone solved It by using It,but no changes

Can you check your usage threshold on the team level?

Also, try unpublishing the problematic app, creating a new app, publish it, and see if you can log in with that app.
