My boss and I had our Glideapp fully published and as icons on our iPhone home screens. Everything was going great, then she texted me last night and said that when she clicked on her icon, she got a completely blank screen except the words “Not Found” at the top. I clicked on mine and got the same thing. We deleted it, rescanned the QR code, and put it back on our home screens. The problem was solved. My concern is that we want to launch this app with other people. What if this happens again? Why did it happen in the first place? Someone please help me determine how to prevent this from happening in the future so we can confidently launch. Thanks!

You changed it after you shared it first, if it was working and then became Not Found. When you change your app’s link, everyone who already added your app to their home screen will see Not found so please set your link and don’t change it once you’ve shared your app.

This usually happens when the link is changed. Did that possibly happen?

I did change the link but I think I changed it and shared the new link with my boss after I had already changed it. I can’t remember the order of events though!

Im having the same problem, my link is www.gummygrab.com - we want people to be able to access by clicking a link that is gummygrab.com (without the www) but this no longer works. Why is that, its still the same site…?

[image] DNS and WWW. bug Report a Bug Hello, When i write www.comovert.fr internet send me directly to the GlideApp Home page but when i write comovert.fr i go to my website. Do there is a DNS parameter that i can change or add to have the www.comovert.fr redirecting to my website ? X

[image] It seems to be set up correctly. But still doesn’t work sometimes on chrome.

seems like chrome will add the www if you don’t type in https:// first. That might be what makes it work sometimes (for example gummygrab.com). If you link is https://gummygrab.com, then it doesn’t work. For some reason your domain provider is not redirecting to https://www.gummygrab.com. I would maybe check with your domain provider to see why it’s not redirecting.

“I understand your concern, however since you are given a resource record that is conflicting with the forwarding of your domain that is why it is best to coordinate with the Webhost provider.” Comments given by google domains after troubleshooting for over an hour. @david

You want to forward https://gummygrab.com/ to your Glide app’s link of https://www.gummygrab.com/ — from your screenshot, it looks like you are trying to forward BOTH to some other domain.
