Yesterday I deleted 15,000 lines in the google sheets and for over 10 hours new actions in the app are not recorded in the google sheets.

I have a corp plan can you speed up the syncing process?
I was told earlier that if I switched to the Corp plan, there would be no problem with synchronization!
they don’t do that yet… only if you force App manually… from my experience… if changes in GS take more than 5 sec… it will not update Glide… no matter what plan or option you selected
Have you tried to force a sync manually?

Sometimes Sync gets stuck if you changed the sheets or removed one so the force sync is the start of solving the issue otherwise you need to open a ticket if the issue still lasted long
