Move components list to right side of UI

Lots of people have commented on this since the initial release of the new builder, but it appears that this is just a transitional phase.

It all makes sense now— …components list on the left and configuration panel on the right. It was to prepare for something like this! [Glide_Actions_Concept_App_·_Glide-2] Here’s a preview of things to come (sooner than later I hope)!

The previous Builder evolved organically over two years as we incrementally added each new feature.
