Is this still not working?
There was an issue with mail delivery earlier, but we were advised a short time ago that it has been resolved.

Which action are you using? ie. is it the built in send email action, or one of the mail integrations?

the build-in action…now the second app from another team throws the 500.
thats a little bit annoying…the mail-action is not very reliable

Yes i am getting the same error. Was wondering if I messed up anything on my end but as it looks like more like the same. It worked fine yesterday.

  • Unknown Error Sending Email message emerges on workflow
  • Never seen until yesterday
  • No change configuration for target workflow

    make reservation
    make reservation for admin
    cancel reservation

Ongoing issue has not yet been fully resolved.
