I just tested it and nothing was received in my inbox although the action history states that it works. Strange… maybe a delay?

25 mins and still nothing received in the inbox so it really seems to be a bug.
Note: Even though the email failed to send, the action consumed an update.

Status says this is resolved but my clients are still unable to send emails. Error comes up when they send email.

I’m still getting errors too. Maybe Glide closed the status incident prematurely, or there’s another issue at play here?

The team’s aware of the issue and working on a fix. In the meantime we’re recommending the Gmail or Outlook integrations as a temporary workaround.
