Lookup Not Showing

I have a relation that I’m making between two sheets/tabs. The relation works well and I’m pulling over information.

Problem: I cannot find the row i’m looking up and use it in the app for a field.

The field I’m trying to pull over is “coaches phone number,” among other things.

Any thoughts for fixing?

Your lookup is returning an array, which suggests that your relation is a multiple relation. Change it to a single relation and it will work as you expect.
